by OPTROL Inc. in USA. Please fell free to fill in the information sheet
bellow. We will send you information about the nearest dealer that can
supply you with the cards. At present, besides the manufacturer in the
USA, there are dealers in Czech Republic, Germany, Holland, United Kingdom
and Poland. If you are not from any of these countries, the card will be
delivered to you by air-mail or UPS.
